1.贯彻党和国家“科教兴国、人才强国”的方针大略,响应总书记“为建设世界科技强国而奋斗”的号召;
2.利用分数阶微积分这一新颖实用的工具,为系统建模、信号处理、控制器设计等传统控制学科的研究分支,注入新鲜血液、增添新的活力;
3.组建专家队伍,面向国家发展中的实际需求,产学研用相结合,把分数阶领域相关科研成果推广到更多的实际应用中去,推动我国自动化技术发展的前进步伐;
4.围绕当前分数阶系统与控制理论发展中存在的一些问题和研究热点,组织学术交流、技术研讨、专题讲座和技术咨询等,提高学科水平,促进分数阶控制理论与技术的发展和应用,推动自动化科技人才的培养;
5.配合学会及相关专业委员会,共同开展国际科技交流活动,发展同国外科技团体和科技工作者的友好往来,举办国际会议、讲座和展览会等,提高在国际上的学术影响力;
6.组织编辑出版分数阶控制领域及相关的科普读物、科技期刊、专著和论文集;
7.协助学会完成相关任务,与学会的发展目标和任务总体协调。

2. Use fractional calculus, a novel and practical tool, to inject fresh blood and vitality into the research
branches of traditional control disciplines such as system modeling, signal processing, and controller
design;
3. Form a team of experts to meet the actual needs of national development, combine industry, academia,
and research with application, promote relevant scientific research results in fractional-level fields to more
practical applications, and promote the advancement of my country's automation technology development;
4. Focus on some existing problems and research hot spots in the current development of fractional-order
systems and control theory, organize academic exchanges, technical seminars, special lectures and technical
consultations, etc., to improve the subject level and promote the development and application of fractional-
order control theory and technology. Promote the cultivation of automation technology talents;
5. Cooperate with the society and relevant professional committees to jointly carry out international scientific
and technological exchange activities, develop friendly exchanges with foreign scientific and technological
groups and workers, organize international conferences, lectures and exhibitions, etc., to increase academic
influence in the world;
6. Organize, edit and publish popular science books, scientific journals, monographs and collections of papers
in the field of fractional-order control and related topics;
7. Assist the society to complete relevant tasks and coordinate with the society's development goals and tasks.
